Malcolm Hoenlein, the executive vice chairman of the New York-based Conference of Presidents of Major Jewish American Organizations _ a central coordinating body for American Jewry, representing 52 national Jewish agencies, speaks with The Associated Press, after returning from a meeting with Jordan's King Abdullah II, in Jerusalem, Tuesday, Feb. 21, 2012. King Abdullah II on Tuesday blamed Israel for deadlocked Mideast peacemaking in a meeting with U.S. Jewish leaders, the official Petra News Agency said. But the report was immediately contradicted by his guests, who insisted that the king was complimentary of the Israeli leader's position in peace talks.
